Open Adobe Premiere Pro and open your project.If present: Delete all files within the Peak Files folder.Delete all files within the Media Cache Files folder.
Delete all files within the Media Cache folder.Mac Filepath: /Users//Library/Application Support/Adobe/Common.NOTE: the AppData folder is a hidden folder and you will have to check "Hidden items" in the "View" menu in order to see it within C:\Users\\ in the File Explorer (see image below).In Windows 10, you can navigate directly to the AppData folder by typing %appdata% in the start menu search bar and pressing Enter.Windows Filepath: C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Common.Delete the media cache files and media cache database files.Exit all Adobe programs (including Premiere Pro).Deleting the media cache files and media cache database files from the user's appdata folder and re-importing or re-linking the clips may resolve the issue. mov, video files will not be imported with audio when they are imported into Adobe Premiere Pro CC.
